The home delivery service has an additional charge according to the Elegant Decorations rates, depending on the area and the minimum order that is made.

The person who receives the product is given the sales invoice in the name of the buyer, together with the order. The flower arrangements are delivered to your home, previously coordinated with Elegant Decorations.

The delivery of our flower arrangements is made the same day of the order or when the customer specifies. Payment can be Online or on delivery. Shipping costs are detailed in the invoice, the customer must bear in mind that the shipping cost may vary according to the delivery area.

The flower arrangements are dispatched from our point of sale in the city of Miami. If the buyer provides the wrong address, the time it takes to arrive the order could be older and damaged. Elegant Decorations is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses supplied by the buyer.

The customer is responsible for opening and checking the product. From the moment of delivery the Risks for loss and / or damage will pass to the customer. If the products arrive with any damage physically, please do not receive them and immediately return them to Elegant Decorations, making the corresponding annotation on the invoice. If you find a defect, do not accept the delivery of the products and contact us, otherwise, it will be understood that the order has been successfully received.

When making a purchase in our Virtual Store the buyer implies that they have read and accepted all the terms and conditions.

Return Policy

Elegant Decorations will accept any change that is duly justified, being our sole and exclusive obligation, to make a refund of the total price paid for the customer.

Returns must be made within a maximum of 3 business days from the delivery of the product, presenting the corresponding purchase invoice. Once the term ends Elegant Decorations will not be held responsible for damages.

You can return any item purchased with us for the following reasons: If the Product presents a packaging or manufacturing defect, if the product is found incomplete, and if there is any mistake in the product sent and its packaging.
